Meet Dr. Michael Bunce
Born and raised on the East End of Long Island, I have always been passionate about movement, health, and human performance. Before becoming a chiropractor, I spent nine years as a personal trainer, helping people build strength and resilience. My journey into chiropractic care was a natural evolution—combining my love for movement with a science-backed, hands-on approach to healing.
At Hamptons Chiropractic, I view chiropractic as both a science and an art—one that allows me to help patients reach their full potential. I use a unique combination of manual therapy, exercise, and chiropractic adjustments to guide patients toward their fitness and wellness goals.
We are all a reflection of our daily shapes and patterns. Too often, we get stuck—whether it's from hours at a desk, repetitive movements, or old injuries. The chiropractic adjustment is one of the most powerful tools to create space, not just within the joint being adjusted but in how we move and experience our bodies. By restoring motion and balance, we can create better movement patterns, reduce pain, and optimize performance.
